ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – FOX 2’s Chris Hayes is working on another story involving a police dash camera. It will be met with a ton of controversy. Because, on this dash cam, you hear a St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer warn officers they’re on video. Then she turned off the camera.

It happened last April, but we’re just finding out about it now because of a civil lawsuit.

In a joint investigation with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch we’ll reveal what was happening before an officer decided no one should this.

Read about it in the paper Monday then see the tape and hear what the Police Chief says about the public’s right to know.

Monday night at 10pm in the FOX Files.
