(CNN) – Newt Gingrich’s presidential campaign is getting smaller.
He is replacing his campaign manager and laying off a third of his staff… while vowing to continue his bid for the White House.
A spokesman for the former House Speaker says Gingrich is committed to going to the G-O-P convention, if Mitt Romney doesn’t have the nomination locked up by the end of June.
Now instead, Gingrich’s campaign plans to directly target delegates.
His public events planned for this week will not be affected.
Gingrich acknowledged Tuesday that his campaign is cash strapped… and is even charging supporters $50 for a photograph with him.
