PACIFIC, MO (KTVI) – A Car struck and killed a Pacific man walking along I-44.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol identifies the victim as Mathew Hagood, 23. They say he was walking westbound on the shoulder of I-44 near Pacific at about 5am Saturday when he was hit by a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old woman from Springfield.
No word on whether the driver will face charges.
