Police reveal person of interest in hit and run after girl fight

EAST ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - The East St. Louis Police Department is hoping a teenage girl accused to slamming a car into a group of girls turns herself into authorities.

Police believe Moeshia Allen was behind the wheel of the car that hit the girls June 27th at Lincoln Park.

Police said Allen the girls were involved in an ongoing feud that included multiple acts of violence that led to the crash.

At this point Allen is the only person facing possible charges, but police said that could change when they hear her side of the story.

The four girls, who were hit by the car, are expected to be okay.

Police are working with Allen’s family to locate the teen. Police believe she could be in danger.
