Pleasant Valley man arrest on drug trafficking charge

WARREN COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – The East Central Drug Task Force has arrested a Pleasant Valley Missouri man on a drug trafficking charge. The task force had conducted surveillance of a potential drug delivery on Walmart parking lot on Warrenton Missouri. Officers from the Warrenton Police Department made contact with a suspect after observing suspicious behavior at the shopping centre.

32-year-old Samuel H. Coleman was taken into custody following a K-9 alerting officers to possible narcotics in a parked vehicle.

Coleman was charged with first degree drug trafficking after five pounds of methamphetamine were sized from the vehicle.

Police say the street value of the meth is estimated at $272,000.

Coleman is being held on a $500,000 cash only bond.
