Police find homicide victim in crashed car

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis police arrived at the scene of a one-car accident and found a homicide victim.

It happened about 1:30 a.m. at 11th and St. Louis Avenue. Police arrived on the svene after a car crashed into a light pole.

They looked inside the car and found a gunshot victim in the passenger seat.  The man had been shot in the chest.

The search continues for the driver of the car.
