Police: Four people wounded in St. Louis Riverfront shooting

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – St. Louis police are searching for a suspect in an late night shooting along the riverfront that left two men hospitalized.

When officers arrived, they found a 23-year-old man just after 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard and Poplar Street suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

The victim told investigators he was standing on Leonor K. Sullivan with three other men when two cars approached and fired gunshots into the crowd. All four men were wounded.

The other victims, two 27-year-olds and a 26-year-old, left and went to a local hospital before police arrived.
