ST. LOUIS, MO — Home video captures images of electric lines sparking and catching fire Wednesday night in the St. Louis Hills Neighborhood of south St. Louis. A few dozen homes lost power.
Ameren says power should be restored to the last 14 customers by 6am Thursday.
