ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Prosecutors want the bond raised for the man accused of shooting a Ballwin police officer.

Antonio Taylor is charged with shooting officer Mike Flamion in the neck during a traffic stop on July 18th. The bullet severed the officer’s spine, paralyzing him from the neck down.
