ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The Rams are teaming up with SSM Health to Kick Cancer.  Co-chairs Johnny Hekker, Jake McQuaide, and Greg Zuerlein are asking fans to make a pledge for every Rams point kicked this season, including both extra points and field goals.  All pledges support this important effort at SSM Health, and the more points the Rams kick, the more funds are raised.

For example, during the 2014 season, there were 24 field goals and 34 extra points scored for a total of 106 points. So a pledge of 25 cents per point would add up to a donation of $26.50 to help patients in our community who are served by SSM Health.

Funding support from the SSM Kick Cancer program will be used to advanced the technology and treatment procedures at local SSM Health hospitals.

This fundraising effort will enhance the delivery of comprehensive cancer care to thousands of patients in our community. In addition, SSM Kick Cancer funding will go to support individual patients and families facing special needs and challenges during their cancer treatments and recovery periods.
