Red Hot Chili Peppers coming to St. Louis in January, tickets on sale Friday

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – The Red Hot Chili Peppers are coming to the Scottrade Center early next year as part of the band’s 2017 North American tour in support of the band’s latest album, The Gateway.

Pre-sale fan club tickets launch September 21 at 12 p.m. Tickets for the general public go on sale September 23 and September 24.

The Gateway Tour kicks off January 5, 2017 in San Antonio. RHCP will make its way to St. Louis January 18. Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will serve as the opening act.

The Gateway was released in June, debuting at #1 on the Billboard Album Sales Chart and #2 on the Billboard Top 200, making this the seventh Top 10 album and third Top 2 on the Top 200 Chart for the Grammy Award-winning band.
