ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – Former Wentzville Judge and long time Red Light Camera opponent Mike Carter has announced that he will be running for a seat on the St. Charles County Council. Carter will be trying to the win the third district seat, running a campaign on that if elected, he will seek a county wide ban on Red Light Cameras.
Currently Carter is in private practice, with his law firm, Carter Law Offices, LLC.
