BALLWIN, MO (KTVI)- Emergency crews were dispatched to a water rescue Tuesday morning in Ballwin. The incident occured shortly before 10a.m. in the 800 block of Burgundy Lane just north of Route 141. Our Honda Storm Pilot is en route to the scene.
