Rolla man arrested on sexual assault charges

ROLLA, MO (KTVI) – A Rolla man faces charges tonight of raping an employee of a real estate company. Police say 24-year-old Julian Rowland called a Rolla real estate company about seeing some apartments to rent. The victim took Rowland to an apartment to view, once inside police say Rowland attacked the victim and forcibly raped the victim in the apartment.

A follow-up investigation located Rowland at a nearby residence, where he was arrested without incident.

He’s being held on a million dollars bond in the Phelps County Jail.
