Salvation Army kicking off Red Kettle campaign this weekend

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Get ready to hear that familiar jingle around town. The Salvation Army is kicking off their Red Kettle Campaign this weekend.

More than 200 volunteers will be at 35 intersections in St. Louis City and County.  They will also be operating kettles at 85 area businesses.

Last year the campaign collected $1.9 million, helping more than 200,000 individuals, families, and children across the St. Louis Metro area.
