WENZTVILLE, MO (KTVI) – The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating after two motorcycle riders collided with a Wentzville school bus Tuesday morning killing 43-year-old Matthew Adam of Bowling Green and 22-year-old Jacob Boedeker of Warrenton.

The bus driver, Pamela Love was injured. She has been driving for the district eight years. Investigators say Love was starting her route at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday when she made a left turn onto Route A.

As the bus turned onto the highway, the motorcycle riders struck the driver’s side of the bus. They were pronounced dead on the scene.

A third motorcycle rider, 25-year-old, Adam Meyer of Warrenton was riding with Adam and Boedeker. He hit debris, but was not hurt.

An accident reconstruction team is trying to determine the exact cause of the crash. There were no students on the bus at the time of the incident.
