FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) - Kesha Blanks is outraged. Blanks got a call from Ferguson-Florissant school officials on Tuesday about her 13-year-old son Issac. The call sent her rushing to Children`s Hospital with her son spending the day in the ER. According to the student and mother a verbal argument with a teacher got physical. She says the Duchesne Elementary teacher verbally and physically abused her son.

'My son went on a field trip to Little Creek when apparently one of the teachers got very physical with him grabbing him and slamming him to the ground and knocking his front two teeth out. 'said Blanks.

FOX 2 spoke to school officials who say they immediately put the teacher on paid administrative leave. They also contacted Missouri Children and Family services.  At this point both parties are investigating.

'My son has to have two false teeth replaced in his mouth. It`s just not right not right at all. I want to see justice for my son and other students.' She said.
