Sheep found wandering Omaha streets in holiday sweater back home

Missing Sheep? Was he wearing a sweater?

Omaha, NE (KPTM) — UPDATE: The sheep was returned to its owner Tuesday night. Margaret Vasquez says she chose to have a sheep because sheep are affectionate animals. Vasquez says a family friend told her that the sheep was at the Nebraska Humane Society.

OMAHA (FOX42KPTM)- The Nebraska Humane Society is trying to track down the owner of a sheep that was found wandering the streets of Omaha Sunday.

Officials say the sheep was dressed up in a holiday sweater. Officials posted a photo of the sheep on the humane society’s facebook page.

The sheep has not been put up for adoption.
