Social Security And Medicare Running Out Of Money

(CNN) – Social Security and Medicare will run out of money sooner than the feds expected.  The government says a bad economy and higher energy prices are to blame.  Plus American’s are living longer and baby boomers are beginning to collect now.

Trustees who oversee Social Security say the program’s trust funds will now run dry in 2033.

Medicare funds are projected to run out of money in 2024.
