South County Residents Left In The Dark After Storms

SOUTH COUNTY , MO.(KTVI) –  The storm is downing trees
and power lines leaving thousands of homes without electricity. A spokesman for Ameren Missouri says about  17, 000  customers are without power in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Jefferson County and Franklin County. Crews have been dispatched to affected areas.  Ameren says crews will work throughout the night. As long as it is safe to do so to get power restored.
