Spire to aid low-income customers impacted by pandemic

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved a one-time rate cut for Spire to aid low income residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The rate cut will provide over $900,000 in bill credits for up to $100 to customers that fall below the federal poverty level.

Spire has partnered with the United Way to screen customers for eligibility for its Low-Income Affordability Program.
