ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The St. Louis Board Of Aldermen appear ready to hike the age limit on tobacco sales. Ward Two Alderwoman Dionne Flowers plans to introduce a bill Friday that would raise the age limit to 21.

St. Louis county passed a similar measure last month. It goes into effect on December 1st.
