ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – There’s a plan to open a permanent, twenty four hour homeless facility just north of downtown St. Louis.  Our partners at the Post-Dispatch report it will be in an Old Market building at North Tucker and Biddle Street.

The shelter will have 98 permanent beds for men and 75 to 125 beds for men and women during the day.

The facility is expected to open in July.
