ST. LOUIS – New restrictions coming on stores selling vaping products to teenagers.

St. Louis County Executive Sam Page will sign a bill May 15 at Hancock Senior High School. It increases penalties on county businesses caught selling e-cigarettes to underage customers.

You have to be at least 21 years old to buy tobacco or vaping products in St. Louis County.
