ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – A St. Louis man has won a second prize in the Missouri Lottery “Lucky for Life” game. Joseph Holland brought his winning ticket at the JMK Mobil on North Kingshighway. The game features a prize worth $25,000 for life. Holland, a retired union painter has opted for a lump sum payment of $390,000.

When asked what he planned to do with the money, he said take care of the grand kids and keep on playing the lottery.
