St. Louis police see an increase of guns stolen

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – St. Louis city police are working hard to keep stolen guns off the streets. A Facebook post by the police department says there have been 126 guns reported stolen in the city so far this year. But only nine guns have been reported lost.

This is a 55 percent increase from this time period, last year.

Police have also seized and recovered 410 guns so far this year, up from 381 this time last year.
