St. Louis to put $180M bond issue to vote

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – St. Louis city property taxes could increase to help fund improvements for the city. A $180 million dollar bond issue will go before voters to fund fire truck replacements, upgrades to jail security, a new 911 dispatch center, neighborhood improvements and rec centers.

The bond is slates to appear on the August 4th ballot.
