ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- St. Louis native Cedric the Entertainer is tackling a serious topic today. He and his sister will unveil signs for a pavilion at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, named for their mother Rosetta Boyce-Kyle, who died of cancer last year.

The facility provides a place for women to receive care on everything from cancer to depression and heart disease.

Cedric held a show at the Peabody Opera House to raise money for that pavilion.
