JEFFERSON CITY, MO (KTVI) – Missouri State Representative Rob Vescovo filed legislation Tuesday in Jefferson City to allow citizens to recall ineffective school board members. The bill comes after numerous stories reported by FOX2’s You Paid For It team investigation into the nepotism in the FOX C-6 school district.

The bill would allow for citizens to file a petition for a recall election.

Vescovo says it would give taxpayers the ability to hold board members accountable.
