ST. LOUIS – The dry weather didn’t last long. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be around for most of Wednesday. A few strong to severe storms are possible, bringing hail, strong wind gusts, and some heavy bursts of rain. Highs in the low 80°s.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for southeastern Missouri and far southern Illinois and will be in effect until 9:00pm. This Watch includes Perry County, MO, and Perry and Jefferson Counties in IL.
