ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Surveillance video captures images of four suspects after a robbery near Cherokee Street. Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the men.

Investigators say that the victim says he was walking near Cherokee street last Tuesday at around 2:00am. One of the suspects approached him, pulled out a handgun, and demanded he turn over his cell phone. The suspect then rifled through the victim’s pockets and took the phone and then began to run off.

The suspect turned around to ask the victim for the cell phone’s password. The victim refused to tell him the password and the suspect then fled south on Oregon toward Cherokee.

Police are looking for a black male in his 20’s who is 5’10”-6’0″ tall. They say he has a thin build, dark complexion, short hair, wearing a black hoodie with white logo on it and red baggy sweatpants.
