ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI)– A couple was charged Thursday in St. Charles for making methamphetamine in the man’s car.
Mark A. Smith, 26, of Elsberry, and Mary Melling, 24, of Moscow Mills, face charges of manufacturing and possessing meth.
