On the Jaco Report, the debated about birth control, employee’s rights, and religious freedom has been all over the news. Religious leaders and political conservatives have reacted with outrage to the Obama administration mandate that religiously-affiliated hospitals, schools, and other institutions offer birth control coverage as part of their health care plans. On Friday, the administration offered a compromise saying that insurance companies, not the religious institutions, would pay for the birth control insurance coverage. But the damage was done.
