ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Travis Sheridan gets stopped a lot in St. Louis.  His jersey makes it appear like he can’t decide what team to support in the 2013 World Series.  The St. Louis Cardinals are playing against he Boston Red Sox in the 2013 Fall Classic. There are not a lot of fans who are rooting for both teamsbut Sheridan’s jersey is split right down the middle.  He has one side for the Red Sox and another for the Redbirds.

Mike Oz of Yahoo! Sports interviewed Sheridan about his strange jersey.  Travis says that he grew up in Boston but married a woman from Missouri.   So, his interests were split.  So he got a tailor to create this unique mash-up of $100.

He’s getting heat from both sides. Monday, a blog from Boston is titled, “I Hate This ‘Red Louis’ Fan More Than I Hate Anyone In The World.” [Be warned if you follow the link. He uses lots of profanity in sharing his perspective.]
