CHICAGO - In Chicago Police say a 13-month-old boy in a stroller died after he was run down by a vehicle fleeing the scene of a shooting.

TV station WLS reports Dillan Harris was with relatives heading to a family outing Saturday when a driver lost control, jumped a curb and hit him.

The boy was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

Police say the car was apparently fleeing a gang-related drive-by that claimed the life of a 22-year-old.

WLS reports police are talking to suspects.

So far, no charges have been filed in either incident.
