HAMPSHIRE, England — A boy battling cancer had a very special guest drop in for his fifth birthday party.  Jayden is fighting a Grade 4 brain stem tumor. Doctors tell the family the average survival rate is about a year.

That’s why his father, Mike Wilson, a Parkour enthusiast, dreamed up an incredible surprise for his son’s birthday. Jayden loves Spiderman, so Mike had a replica Spider Man costume made in his size.

In a YouTube video posted Sunday, you can see the family usher little Jayden outside. Then Spider Man drops in from the roof of the home to wish him a happy birthday. Jayden then give Spider Man a big hug and invites him in for the party.

Mike was able to secretly record the encounter with his GoPro camera.

The family has set up a special Facebook page to follow Jayden’s fight.
