Police identify one victim in Thursday’s double homicide

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Detectives are investigating a double homicide in north St. Louis.  The murders happened about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

Ali Goodin, 34, of the 8100 block of Broadway, was found shot to death in the 4000 block of Cote Brilliante.  He had been shot in the head and chest.

The body of a 28-year-old man was found not far away in the 1800 block of North Sarah Avenue.  Police say had been shot in several places including the abdomen. His identity has not yet been released.

A third man, 33, was not injured.  Police say three black men were seen leaving the scene on foot after a number of gunshots were fired.
