ST. LOUIS – Two victims were shot Saturday at 9:24 p.m. in the 3600 block of Winnebago Street.
Police said one man was shot in the hand and is conscious and breathing. The second victim is in his teens and was shot in the flank. He is also conscious and breathing.
The investigation is ongoing.
