UNIVERSITY CITY, MO (KTVI) – University City police are investigating shots fired on the grounds of the Pershing Elementary School. Police say the shooting appears to have been over a personal dispute between the victim and two other men.
The victim was shot in the backside.
Police took one suspect into custody. The other man is still at-large.
