ST. LOUIS – A vacant house was damaged by fire overnight in north St. Louis

The fire broke out on Cook Avenue and North Sarah Street. Firefighters say heavy flames were visible when they arrived on the scene around 2:00 a.m.

Crews were able to quickly put out the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
