St. Louis County forms an economic task force to help businesses reopen

CLAYTON, Mo. – St. Louis County Executive Sam Page announced the creation of an economic task force to help businesses reopen after restrictions were put into place to stop the spread of the coronavirus several months ago.

There is $17.5 million in grants for small businesses coming from the federal CARES Act that will be distributed to local businesses by the end of July. The economic task force will be reviewing existing regulations and working to remove barriers for reopening.
