FOLEY, MO (KTVI) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to calls of a water rescue along the Mississippi River near the town of Foley.

Two people were said to be in the water, but one of those individuals was rescued before emergency responders arrived. The second person was seen floating in the river about 300 feet from shore.
