The latest forecast from FOX 2 Chief Meteorologist Dave Murray.

A mix of clouds and sun, warm and windy. More and more clouds later in the day.
Winds: south 15-25 m.P.H.
High: 82 degrees (the record is 90)

Wednesday night:

Lots of clouds…Periods of rain and a few storms…Heaviest rain…Late night
Winds: south 5-15 m.P.H.
Low: 60 degrees

Thursday and friday:

Clouds and periods of rain and storms…Heavy…Soaking rains at times…A real wet time.
Winds: south 10-20 m.P.H
High: 72 degrees on thursday
68 degrees on friday

Concerns about flooding and flash flooding along the same streams and creeks…Limited severe storms…But a wet pattern

Little change in the large scale picture…The players…A strong flow from the south…Pumping up air direct from the gulf of Mexico…At the same time…A monster…Slow moving bubble of low pressure is coming out of west taxes…A giant blowing ball of wet…But it will take its time getting here…We will be talking about this thing all week long…The core rains and storms will be late Wednesday night, Thursday and Friday…Some big rains and flooding possible. Check out the radar over the next few days…And see the south to north push of this rain…Limited east push…That’s the reason for the slow motion pattern…But in turn–once the wet gets here it will be very slow to exit. With the wet…Its cooler…Not cold…Cooler…Still above average…But a little closer to where we should be. Also…There is no link between a hot spring and a hot summer
