CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) - A woman has been charged with allegedly stealing her repossessed car. A car stolen from Auto Buy Credit in Dellwood on April 13th was found several weeks later at an accident in St. Louis city. Police say 22-year-old Melanie Dunn was the driver at the time.

Police say she confessed to stealing her car after it had been repossessed.

Investigators say she used a set of spare keys.

Dunn was charged with stealing a motor vehicle.
