Police identify woman’s body found in north St. Louis alley

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A woman’s body was found in a north St. Louis alley Thursday morning.

According to Leah Freeman, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, homicide detectives were called to the 2000 block of Agnes at around 7 a.m. for a report of a suspicious death.

Police identified the body as 40-year-old Kelley Brown. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the official cause of death and to see if this will need further investigation.
