EUREKA, Mo. – Prosecutors said the head of a popular west St. Louis County non-profit organization exposed himself in public multiple times.

Eureka prosecutors said that Brian Bissonnette, the executive director of the World Bird Sanctuary in Valley Park, “…exposed private parts of his body in a place open to public view.”

Our news partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Bissonnette exposed himself to people in a Walgreen’s parking lot back in March.

According to, the charging documents list 20 counts of miscellaneous sex violations.

Bissonnette’s lawyers would not comment on the specifics, but said they’re in negotiations to have most of the charges dropped. They would not elaborate any further.

Bissonnette is next scheduled to appear in court November 9.
