PINE LAWN, MO (KTVI) – The You Paid For It Team investigates why the mayor of a north county city has his name on almost all of the city vehicles including the police cars.

You'll find Mayor Sylvester Caldwell's name on 15 vehicles in the City of Pine Lawn.

It cost taxpayers more than $7,000 to wrap all those vehicles with the Mayor's name.

A citizens group that includes a former alderwoman is up in arms about it, calling it little more than advertising for the mayor at taxpayers’ expense.
