ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) - The You Paid For It Team investigates double dipping by the new St. Louis County Parks Director Gary Bess. Bess was hired to the county job right after quitting a similar position in the city. He was then eligible to collect his full city pension of $87,000 as if January 30.

Bess says it's a great deal for government employees. Between the two taxpayer-funded revenue streams Bess is bringing in $219,000 courtesy of taxpayers.
