Alabama beats Mizzou 38-19 in Drinkwitz’s debut


The second ranked Alabama Crimson Tide ruined Mizzou head football coach Eli Drinkwitz’s debut with a 38-19 win over the Tigers on Saturday night in Columbia. Three touchdown runs by Najee Harris and two Mac Jones to Jaylen Waddle TD passes helped Alabama build a 35-3 lead.

Mizzou got their first touchdown in the third quarter on QB Shawn Robinson’s 54 yard TD pass to Tyler Badie. Backup quarterback Connor Bazelak scored on a seven yard run on the game’s last play.
