The Michigan Wolverines wrapped up the Big Ten Conference title with a convincing 84-53 win over the Fighting Illini on Tuesday night in Champaign, IL. The Wolverines built up a 52-30 halftime lead and cruised to the lopsided win.
Michigan made 16 of 23 three point shots to bury the Illini. Rayvionte Rice led the Illini (17-13), 6-11 in Big Ten play with 16 points. Kendrick Nunn added 14 points for Illinois.
Nik Stauskas led Michigan in scoring with 24 points, including seven three point baskets.
